Transcripts

Eastern Wyoming College is excited to offer transcript ordering on-line through the National Student Clearinghouse. This automated service is a great way to stay informed regarding the status of your transcript request! Order updates will be emailed or texted to you. Your credit or debit card will be charged the amount when your school sends your transcript(s). If you have issues ordering your transcript please contact registrar@ewc.wy.edu

We encourage you to use the electronic transcript delivery, as this is the most expedient way to send the record and will be processed immediately. Please remember that transcript type MAILED options, processing time is 3-5 business days after the order is received from the Clearinghouse. Transcripts will not be available the same day an order is placed. Transcript requests are processed in the order they are received.

If you are a CURRENT student and want to ensure that this semester’s grades appear on your record, please select the “After Grades are Posted” processing option in the delivery options.  

If you are a CURRENT student and want to ensure that your anticipated degree appears on your record, please select the “After Degree is Awarded” processing option in the delivery options.  

For students requesting official transcripts for PharmCAS or AMCAS, or to include with a Law or scholarship application, a maximum of two pages may be uploaded with your request to include with your official transcript. You will be presented with the option while placing your order.

Clearinghouse Notifications

• Electronic Transcripts - Must be retrieved using a desktop or laptop computer due to security features applied to the document. Mobile device and tablet access to the Download Center is blocked.
• Payment - If a cost is involved, payment will be accepted with any major credit card or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until your school sends your transcript(s). However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when we pre-authorize your payment. If you have any questions about a pre-authorization, please contact your bank.

Terms of Use

• Permitted Use of Service - The public ordering link is designed and intended to be used exclusively by students and alumni ordering their own transcripts. Any use of the service outside of this specific purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use which may result in potential legal action.
• Your Information - The personal identifiers you provide as part of your order, which may include your social security number and/or student ID, will be transmitted to your institution to locate your education records and create your transcript. By providing such information, you authorize the use and disclosure of the provided personal identifiers for this purpose.
