BIOL 2390 - Intro to Science Research II

Credits: 1-4

This course is a continuation of Intro to Science Research I. It allows motivated students to continue to perform scientific research at a higher level then Science Research I. Students in Science Research II will be in class with Science Research I students, but will be expected to be more self-sufficient in all aspects of research (for example, designing experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and writing scientific literature). Students are also expected to provide leadership for a small group of Science Research I students, being a “project leader” for an experiment.

Course Note: Students can only take this course one time for credit.

Prerequisite: BIOL 1390   must be completed with a C or better.
Lab Hours: 2-8
